Aging 

This stage, doing less,

Fortunate to be alive

Still living, not dead yet.

Learning to adapt

Appreciating each day

Accept and let go.

Liminality of Autumn 

Days cool to cold nights

Green leaves to colorful

Letting go to change.

Water 

The nature of water

Is to flow, not to resist

And yet, it creates
